Since the founding in 1919, AnchorBank and its employees have strived to be a positive influence in every Wisconsin community we serve. In 2007, AnchorBank launched a new community involvement initiative called Anchoring Communities Together, also known as ACT.
AnchorBank's ACT program focuses on four main areas:
- Affordable Housing
- Financial Literacy
- Economic Development
- United Way
Donations made by the ACT program have subsidized affordable housing, fostered financial literacy, strengthened economic development and supported United Way organizations in our communities. Our hope is that by focusing on these key areas, we can help our communities thrive and prosper now, and for years to come.
We appreciate your interest in AnchorBank’s Anchoring Communities Together (ACT) program. However, as a result of challenges of the current difficult economic climate, we are no longer accepting new requests for donations for our 2009-2010 fiscal year. Please understand, this change is not a signal that we are moving away from being a long-term active community supporter, but simply a reflection of the current economic realities.
