Deposit Operations / Online Support Specialist

Job Description

This position requires an individual who can handle repetitive work with a high degree of accuracy following prescribed procedures. The individual has to be open to changes in procedures and flexible for unusual situations that may cause work environment and work hours to fluctuate. This individual must have computer skills and be Customer Service oriented both in person and on the telephone.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set Up clients Online Banking
• Set Up of Business e-Banking
• Set up of Clients Remote Deposit
• Lockbox processing
• Support to Clients and Branches
• Process of Customers ACH Origination Files
• Balance Incoming ACH
• Support for EFT, new cards, renewals and Maintenance
• Approval and processing of Mobile Deposits
• Image daily work to Folders
• Cross Train in all aspects of Deposit Operations

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to those mentioned above the individual should be able to handle minimal stress at various times (meeting deadlines); work at a steady pace with an outstanding knowledge of the individuals’ duties. Willing to cross train in other jobs.

Equipment

Must be able to operate general office equipment i.e., ten key adding machine, Excel, Word, Copy Machine, etc.

Experience

One or two years of Deposit Operations experience. Excellent Customer Service, both verbal and phone contact.

Education

High School or equivalent with business related training course. One to six months on the job experience to learn departmental procedures and develop work routines.
